RETURN POLICY:
Our return policy depends upon the condition of the item.
Defective items may be returned for an exchange, return, refund, or upgrade within 10 days from the date you received them.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
For Non-defective item, you may return it within 10 days from the date you received it. However, 10% restocking fees will apply. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We allow cancellations if the order has not been shipped for a full refund minus credit card processing fees, if applicable.
WARRANTY:
Refurbished items come with 90 days warranty. New items are covered with a 1-year warranty. The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions and recommendations, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair of the product.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Imedtech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
