RETURN POLICY:
Our return policy depends upon the condition of the item.
Defective items may be returned for an exchange, return, refund or upgrade within 10 days from the date you received it.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
For Non-defective items, you may return it within 10 days from the date you received it. However, 10% restocking fees will apply. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We allow cancellations if the order has not been shipped for a full refund minus credit card processing fees, if applicable.
WARRANTY:
Refurbished items come with 90 days warranty. New items are covered with a 1-year warranty. The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions and recommendations, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair of the product.Shipping Info
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
